1. Service

bam4u provides temporary email addresses for receiving messages. Sending is not supported. Email addresses and content are temporary; there is no entitlement to delivery, availability or retention.

2. Acceptable use

The service is intended for legitimate purposes (spam avoidance, testing, privacy).

3. Prohibited use

Prohibited in particular: fraud, identity theft, circumventing security/verification mechanisms, spam, harassment, malware, and any unlawful activity. We may block mailboxes and cooperate with authorities in cases of abuse.

4. Premium & API

Future paid plans will be concluded via account.panart.ee; its terms apply in addition.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, no liability for lost messages, data loss or unavailability.

6. Law

Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is [city].
